Fantasy Football Rookie Analysis: Safest Pick, Biggest Sleeper, and more

The NFL Draft is officially over and each team has new stars. But, what do all fans like to do during the NFL Season? For many, its fantasy football. How do the new rookies affect our annual Fantasy Football Draft. Lets take a look. Ill start of with the safest pick.

Safest Pick: Bijan Robinson

The safest rookie pick in fantasy football is Bijan Robinson. He is undoubtedly the Falcons starter for the whole season. He will also get a lot of carries because they have a very inexperienced and inconsistent QB in Desmond Ridder. Bijan Robinson should be picked very high and he will definetely finish Top 10 in fantasy points for Running Backs.

Sleeper Pick: Zach Charbonnet

My sleeper pick for the rookies is Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet. Although Kenneth Walker is their starting back, he did miss a few games last year due to injuries. The Seahawks love their run game, so Charbonett will get a lot of touches. Even if Walker stays healthy the whole season, Charbonnet will still have a decent role in the RB rotation.

Best WR: Quentin Johnston

The best WR for fantasy football is new Chargers WR Quentin Johnston. He will go into the season as the WR3, but will get more reps as the season goes on, just because Allen and Williams are always hurt. Johnston will the only reliable and healthy target for the Chargers.

Most Overrated Fantasy Prospect- Jordan Addison

Many people have Addison high on their rookie fantasy rankings. I don't. At a baseline, Cousins targets Jefferson a lot. Most of his passes end up in the hands of Jefferson. In addition, they have recently acquired TE TJ Hockenson. He will also eat up a lot of targets. This leaves a very small amount of targets for Jordan Addison. At best, he is a backup flex option.
