My NFL Award Predictions for the 2023 NFL Season

The NFL Season is finally here, and with that, I have to drop my award predictions. I will start off with the rookies and then eventually work my way up to MVP.

Offensive Rookie of the Year(OROTY) - Bijan Robinson

Bijan Robinson

This one is pretty simple. Bijan will get a lot of touches and put up fantastic numbers. Unless something goes horribly wrong, Bijan has pretty much got this in the bag.

Defensive Rookie of the Year(DROTY)- Will Anderson Jr

Will Anderson Jr.

For DROTY, I have Number 3 overall pick Will Anderson. Anderson is an absolute beast and will be on the field a ton for the Texans. He will make a huge impact and will take home DROTY.

Comeback Player of the Year(CPOY)- Damar Hamlin

Damar Hamlin

For CPOY, I have Damar Hamlin. Im going to be honest-If Hamlin plays a few snaps he will win the award by far. This one is pretty much already set.

Coach of the Year(COTY)- Dan Campbell

Dan Campbell

For Coach of the Year, I have Dan Campbell. Campbell and the Lions had a near perfect second half of their season last year. If they can repeat that this year, I could definitely see Campbell winning this award.

Offensive Player of the Year(OPOY)- Ja'Maar Chase

Ja'Maar Chase

For OPOY, I have Ja'Maar Chase. I think Chase will explode this year. Burrow got his massive contract, which can only mean good things for Chase. Don't be surprised if he leads the league in touchdowns and receiving yards.

Defensive Player of the Year(DPOY)- Myles Garrett

Myles Garrett

For DPOY, I have Myles Garrett. I think Garrett will have an exceptional year. The Browns defense is getting better, and Garrett will have a monster year. Don't let him fly under the radar for DPOY.

MVP- Trevor Lawrence

Trevor Lawrence

Finally, for MVP, I have Trevor Lawrence. This might seem like a surprise to many. I mean, how could I possibly take him over Mahomes, Burrow, Allen, Hurts, Herbert, Lamar, and more? Well, here's my reasoning. Lawrence had an exceptional second half to his season with a very mediocre WR Core. Now, with Calvin Ridley back, he finally has that elite WR talent that he really needs to thrive. Lawrence will go off this year, and prove everyone wrong by winning MVP.
