Hendon Hooker has recently been flying up the Draft Boards, and now there many people who believe Hooker is better than Levis. Should we buy into this Hendon Hooker hype? First, lets get to the statistics:

Statistically, Hendon Hooker has been much better. He had over 3,000 yards before his ACL Tear. So, if we are picking strictly based off stats, Hendon Hooker is the choice.
So, why did anyone have Levis over Hooker? Firstly, Hooker is 25, while Levis is 23. Hooker is old for a rookie, so that may persuade teams to lean towards Levis. Next, Levis has a much bigger arm. Teams look for upside, and thats something Levis has. In addition to this, Hooker is coming off a gruesome injury. Who knows if he will ever be as good as he was in college?
So, whats the verdict? Here is my simple answer:
Teams should lean towards Levis, just due to his upside.
Now, onto my projections for where each prospect will land.
I have Will Levis landing with the Titans at 11. I think he will slide outside the Top 10, just due to his inconsistency. With Ryan Tannehill as their starting QB, the Titans will not hesistate to take Levis at 11.
I have Hendon Hooker going earlier than many expect, and have him landing with the Vikings at 23. Kirk Cousins just hasn't been able to get the Vikings far, so they take a chance with Hendon Hooker. They hope he can go back to how he was playing before his injury.
